Job requirements

1.  Manage 2 or 3 technicians

2.  Sort tires, process them and put them into inventory

3.  Have some computer knowledge

4.  Be able to operate tire machines, wheel alignment machine, brake and rotor machine as well as a computerized balance machine.

5.  Have some mechanical background

6.  Maintenance equipment

7.  Maintain a clean environment

8.  Possess customer service skills

9.  Maintain good records and possess good communication skills.
